We work hard on MileStepper, especially to keep as much of it free as possible. We put hours into coding our own versions of things to save on anything that would otherwise be a recurring cost.

Some costs are unvoidable though. SSL certificates, API access, development hardware, etc.

Some of these, we're barely staying under the free limits and will do what we can to stay there as long as possible. Eventually we'll be paying for all of them.
